One 1kg jar gives approximately 12 muffins. Simply scoop out and place in muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes and you have delicious and healthy muffins. They also have a 4 week shelf life!
Order this jar and you can add whatever items you would like at home before baking them! Maybe try chocolate chips, nuts or blueberries.
